From a very young age, Imtiaz did not like being confined within the four walls of a formal classroom. Instead, he had a very strong attraction to the open environment and hands-on, practical work. Because of his restless, energetic, and daredevil nature, he was always deeply immersed in the thrilling outdoor activities of rural life. He often skipped school classes to spend his time doing adventurous things. He loved driving heavy power tillers (engine-driven tractors) in the muddy agricultural fields, catching fresh fish from the local rivers and canals, playing marbles with his childhood friends, catching wild birds, and raising pigeons as a serious hobby.

However, hidden beneath this playful and restless nature was a brilliant mind. He possessed an innate, natural curiosity for science, machinery, and technology. During his early childhood, he showed an extraordinary mental ability to create new electronic devices using abandoned batteries, broken wires, and old chargers. Furthermore, he possessed a rare mathematical skill. He could perform complex mathematical calculations verbally and extremely fast without using a calculator. This was the first sign of his highly logical and sharp brain.

Educational Struggles and The Master's Shop

Imtiaz Ahmed Babu's journey with formal education was very short and challenging. His educational life began at a local BRAC school. After successfully finishing his primary studies there, he enrolled in a mainstream school in the first grade. He easily passed the second grade to reach the third. However, after advancing to the third grade, his restless nature took over. He began to have frequent absences and huge gaps from school.

At one point, he almost stopped going to school entirely. After a long break, he tried to return and enrolled directly into the fourth grade. Unfortunately, because he had been away from studies for so long, his foundation in formal education had become incredibly weak. Realizing that he had a far more intense interest in practical machinery than in academic books, he made a brave decision. He decided to step completely beyond the boundaries of institutional education and directly enter the harsh reality of practical working life.

At the very beginning of his professional career, he started learning hands-on electronics repair. He joined a local master's (Ustad's) electronic shop to learn the trade. With his sharp brain, he quickly mastered highly complex technical tasks. He learned how to perfectly repair large sound boxes, television sets, and CD/DVD players. Within a very short time, he left the master's shop as a highly skilled and independent electronics technician.

The Spark of Curiosity and Coding Frustrations

Right after leaving the master's shop, a strange and primal curiosity was born in his mind. He started wondering about the internet, global websites, and dark horror topics like ghosts and the paranormal. At that time, he had absolutely no idea about how websites worked. He used to wonder in sheer amazement—how do these global websites actually operate? Who builds them? Is this infinite amount of information stored somewhere in the sky, or does it magically float in the air?

Amidst this huge lack of knowledge, he suddenly discovered a web design tutorial video by 'IT Bari'. Despite having no formal English background or higher educational degrees, he took a massive risk. He purchased a premium CD course with his hard-earned savings of 1,400 BDT. Thus began his struggle-filled journey into the world of web design and coding.

But while learning to code, he faced a bizarre and painful psychological problem. The more he advanced in learning new lines of code, the more his brain forgot the previous codes he had learned. The exact same frustrating thing happened when he tried to learn advanced programming languages like PHP and Python. Despite spending hours of immense effort, he could not remember the old codes. This continuous failure made him extremely frustrated and depressed. Trapped in this endless cycle of repeatedly forgetting code, Imtiaz was eventually forced to completely give up all his hopes and dreams of becoming a web developer.

Business at Hajiganj Market and The Devastating Fire

After giving up on coding, Imtiaz fully focused his energy on mobile and electronics repair. He established his own independent shop in the busy Hajiganj Market. As the modern era of smartphones arrived, he adapted quickly. He flawlessly mastered highly complex tasks like mobile IC (Integrated Circuit) repair and sensitive display replacements. Amazingly, he learned all of this by watching merely 10 to 12 YouTube videos, without ever taking any expensive institutional course.

Because of his extraordinary repair skills and honesty, people from far away—even from the main Faridpur city—would travel to him to get their expensive mobile phones fixed. His business was running incredibly well, and he was seeing great financial success.

But fate had a dark test waiting for him. Amidst this great success, a massive and devastating fire broke out in Hajiganj Market. The terrible fire completely burned his beloved shop and all his equipment to ashes. He lost everything in a single night. However, even after facing this massive financial and emotional loss, Imtiaz Ahmed Babu did not give up. In 2019, with indomitable willpower, he purchased brand-new inventory and bravely built his business from zero all over again.

Return to Tech via the Era of Artificial Intelligence

About 6 years after he had painfully quit coding, a technological revolution happened. The arrival of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, such as Google Gemini and ChatGPT, completely turned his life around.

Although he had forgotten his previous coding knowledge, his sharp brain accurately understood the massive potential of AI. In December 2025, a close friend of his residing in Saudi Arabia urgently needed a professional e-commerce website for his business. Taking this as a challenge, Imtiaz bought his first domain and hosting.

This time, the rules of the game had changed. There was no need to memorize complex codes anymore. Utilizing the flawless instructions, guidance, and problem-solving abilities of AI (specifically Gemini), he started designing and developing highly professional, premium-quality websites. He flawlessly combined WordPress, custom HTML, advanced CSS, and PHP to create stunning digital platforms, finally conquering his old fear of coding.

The intense curiosity about horror stories, mysteries, and the internet that had developed in his mind years ago finally became a reality in 2026. Imtiaz Ahmed Babu established his dream project—an international digital platform called Horror World Global. Today, it broadcasts terrifying real ghost stories, paranormal investigations, and true crime mysteries globally in 10 different native languages, utilizing advanced 3D audio design for an immersive experience.
